When a lecturer at diet or BodyMaking seminar, many peaple take me a question.

I do exercise at the weight training workout , but I do not get thinner.

It's one of the common questions.

A weight training workout is performed in school sports club activities and the sports purpose.

For example, the squat of the item that the weight training is representative.

Even movement seemingly you see the same, and to be seen is delicately different between "Squat for school sports club activities and the the sports purpose " and "Squat for BodyMaking & Diet" at all for movement and speed, break etc.
